Terms of Service

You need a verified email address to publish a page. You must be old enough to use online services under the law where you live (13 or older in the United States), and if you're under 18, a parent or guardian can pay for your site.

One account, one Senior Site. Your account is personal to you — don't share your login, sell your account, or create multiple accounts to get around rules, limits, or referral protections. If we find duplicate or throwaway accounts being used to abuse referrals, promotions, or other people, we can suspend them.

Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens through your account. If you think someone else has access, reset your password and contact us right away.

Your photos, words, and page design stay yours. You don't give up ownership of anything by posting it here.

What you do give us is a license to use that content to run the service: displaying your page, generating link previews when your page is shared, creating your QR codes and share cards, and showing your page in features you opt into (like the school directory). We don't sell your content or use it in advertising.

Only upload things you have the right to post. That means your own photos, or photos you have permission to use. Don't upload professional photos you haven't licensed, pictures of other people who wouldn't want them public, or content copied from somewhere else. If a rights holder asks us to remove infringing content, we will.

You can edit or unpublish your page at any time. You can send a verified deletion request from Settings; verified requests are completed within 30 days and remove your page and content from the live service.

MySenior.site is a celebration platform. Pages, guestbook messages, usernames, and any other content must not include:

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or slurs targeting any person or group
• Threats, encouragement of violence, or content promoting self-harm
• Sexual content of any kind involving minors, or sexual content on a platform built for students generally
• Doxxing — posting someone's address, phone number, school schedule, or other private info
• Impersonation of another student, school, teacher, or organization
• Scams, spam, malware links, or deceptive gift/payment links
• Anything illegal, or content that violates someone else's rights

We moderate. We can remove guestbook messages, hide content, unpublish pages, or suspend accounts that break these rules — with or without warning for serious violations. Serious safety issues may be reported to appropriate authorities. If you see something that breaks these rules, use the report button on any page.

Usernames are regulated. Names containing slurs, profanity, or words that conflict with the platform's own pages (like "admin," "school," or "pricing") are not allowed.

Senior Sites are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. One payment. No subscription. Keep your Senior Site online long after graduation. Build it and preview it free. Only pay when you want it live.

Plans differ in features (photo limits, templates, customization, One of One generation). The features included in each plan are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Upgrading later costs only the difference between plans.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Gift links on pages (like Cash App or Venmo) are the page owner's own links — payments through them are between you and that person, and we aren't a party to them.

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are unsatisfied. Completed custom work, including specialized custom design work, and abusive accounts are non-refundable. When a purchase is refunded, the published site returns to draft mode immediately. Your content is kept so you can republish later by repurchasing; it is not deleted because a payment was reversed.

Pages bought for students should be purchased by the student or their parent or guardian. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in the page being unpublished while we sort it out.

Referral credit is recorded when someone clicks your referral link and then completes a qualifying first purchase. Attribution is first-touch: the first referral link a buyer clicks is the one that counts, and referral clicks are remembered for 30 days.

Rewards are only earned on verified, completed purchases. The following never earn rewards: self-referrals, purchases from duplicate or fake accounts, refunded or disputed orders, and any attempt to game the system.

Rewards start as pending and become available after a 7-day hold (to cover refunds). Standard rewards are a flat $5 per qualifying sale; approved partner organizations earn a percentage instead, as described in their approval. Payouts are sent once your available balance reaches the minimum for your tier — $20 for individuals, $100 for partners.

We can withhold or reverse rewards earned through abuse, and suspend accounts that abuse the program. Referral payouts for anyone under 18 require parent or guardian verification. Club and organization payouts may require a verified adult sponsor.

MySenior.site is an independent platform and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any school, school district, club, team, or organization unless explicitly stated. School names are used only to help students find their class.

Student directory pages for each school on MySenior.site are assembled from public school listings and the pages students choose to publish. A school appearing in the directory does not mean the school endorses, runs, or is affiliated with MySenior.site. The same applies to club fundraising pages — the club runs its own fundraising and is responsible for how it uses payouts.

Institutional purchases (campus and district plans) are governed by their accepted quote and purchase order in addition to these terms. Institutional order records are kept permanently for accounting and audit purposes.

We work hard to keep MySenior.site fast, safe, and online, but the service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not responsible for content that users post, third-party services you link to (like payment apps or anthem videos), or losses caused by things outside our reasonable control.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and note the effective date before the change takes effect. Continuing to use MySenior.site after an update means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
