Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of MySenior.site. By creating an account or publishing a page you agree to them. If something here isn't clear, ask us on the Help page before you buy.
Your account
You need a verified email to publish a page. Keep your login private. You must be old enough to use the service under applicable law, and if you're under 18 you should have a parent or guardian's permission.
Your content
Your photos and words stay yours. You give us permission to display them on your page and in previews of your page. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to post.
Page conduct
No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, or impersonation. We can unpublish pages or remove guestbook messages that break these rules.
Payments
Senior Sites are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Refunds are handled case-by-case; a refunded page returns to draft and your content is kept so you can repurchase later.
Referrals
Referral credit is recorded when a referred friend completes a qualifying purchase. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and refunded orders don't earn credit.
Schools, clubs and organizations
MySenior.site is an independent platform and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any school, school district, club, team, or organization unless explicitly stated. School names are used only to help students find their class.
